Assisted Living Rates

The rates at Birchview Gardens are specifically formulated to be easily understood and affordable. Our room and board rates are structured to maximize the benefits of a GRH program which helps qualified residents pay part or all of their monthly room and board. Elderly Waiver, CADI, and BI programs are also accepted at Birchview Gardens.

Room and board package

Room and board rental rates start at $1135.00 per month depending upon the size and amenities the room provides. All units include: Private bedroom and bathroom, full kitchen, and heat, AC, electricity, cable tv, and the use of the entire facility. Meals are included under GRH, EW, CADI, and BI waiver funding.  Meals can be included or excluded for private paying residents.

We have a wide range of service packages and services available. Service rates vary according to the needs of our residents. Detailed rate quotes can be provided upon request. Our basic service package rate begins at $2,000 per month and includes:

• 24 hour supervision
• Activities
• Housekeeping
• Emergency call monitoring
• Laundry (bedding)
• Access to Registered Nurse M-F
• Medication time reminders 2x daily
• Central storage of medications
• Activities of daily living charting
• 3 Meals Per Day plus Snacks
